Celeigh Cardinal

We filmed some acoustic sessions in the famous Studio One at Strongroom Studios in January 2025, as part of the Canada House event ahead of UK Americana Music Association Music Week 2025.

Celeigh Cardinal is from Alberta, Canada. Her 2019 album 'Stories from a Downtown Apartment' won the Juno Award for Indigenous Music Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2020.

The album also earned Cardinal two Western Canadian Music Awards for Songwriter of the Year and Indigenous Artist of the Year.
